Become a Sponsor

The Dawg Gone Walk and Fiesta is one of the major fundraisers for the shelter each year. It’s a day of fun and games for dogs and their humans and attracts participants, sponsors, and vendors from all over the state. Studies show that businesses that support animal welfare causes are viewed very highly by customers.

Sponsoring the event brings attention from more than just Brown County. In fact, more than 75% of the animals adopted from the shelter are to people from outside of Brown County. Our volunteers come from several surrounding communities and our supporters are from all over. We have adoption programs in Bloomington and Martinsville.

Sponsorships can be made by individuals or businesses. Sponsors receive various perks and promotions, based on the level of sponsorship.

Become a Vendor

Our event attendees have specifically requested more vendors, especially those that sell products for and about animals. Artwork, pet food and treats, t-shirts, toys, and pet services all go over well. Vendors receive mention in our event promotion and can hand out their own promotional materials.
