Watching you from the other side of her kennel gate, Josie wags her tail and smiles. When she knows she’s going for a walk, she gets even more wiggly. After running around in the play area, she will continue tail wags while you brush her. Even when playtime is over, Josie smiles and wags.
When you talk to Josie, it feels like she understands every word. Volunteers love to sit with her, because she makes them feel happy.
