Yes, Fluffy is as beautiful and soft as her pictures make her seem. With her long, luxurious fur and beautiful eyes, she looks like she should be perched upon a pillow and admired from afar.

But Fluffy would much rather be down on the floor, chasing the toy mouse or rolling on her back for fun. She’d rather cuddle up with you, or lean into your body while you scratch her chin. Fluffy wants attention…she just prefers it up close and personal, not from afar.

Fluffy may be positive for the feline leukemia virus (FeLV). Her tests are inconclusive. Just in case, she shouldn’t live with cats that are negative for the virus.

With good care, a low-stress life, and plenty of affection, many FeLV+ cats live long lives. Whatever the years, they can live happy lives with the same positive qualities as other cats.
